DR.RONALD LOCKLEAR HAS BEEN PRACTICING FOR 21 YEARS, GRADUATING FROM THE SOUTHERN COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY AND LICENSED IN 1989. HE IS THERAPEUTICALLY CERTIFIED TO WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MEDICATIONS AS WELL AS SPECTACLES AND CONTACT LENSES.

Billy is a SC Licensed Optician in Opticianry and Contact Lens Dispensing. Billy has over 32 years experience in the fitting of spectacles and dispensing of contact lenses.
